Postaschuk Oksana
I was born in Czechoslovakia in 1977. Since my childhood I have been fond of drawing, my parents took notice of my interest and encouraged me to pursue my talent. As a child we moved to the Ukraine, to a wonderful city called Donetsk. My parents entered me into a Childrens Drawing School in Donetsk. I have participated in different contest and exhibitions in the Ukraine and abroad. In the year 1994, I entered Donetsk Art College, were I received a diploma as an Art Teacher. I now teach in the same school I used to attend as a child. In the year 2000, I entered the National Academy of Art and Architecture. And for three years I was a student of M.E.Gujia a remarkable man and Artist. I have entered additional contest at the Academy. Some of the Artist that have influenced me are, Degas, Vrubel, Vasnetsov, Gujia and many more. I enjoy painting a verity of subjects, from pleasant people, to beautiful flowers. And I'm very thankful to all my teachers for there encouragement, and they taught me to be myself.
